I will quickly summarize the definition of Military Sexual Trauma (MST) as sexual harassment or/and sexual assault during military service (1, 2, 3).

I am defining physical assault as threatening, unwanted physical attack of any kind. This could be involved in some type of military hazing incident as an example.

According to The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), “Workplace violence is any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening disruptive behavior that occurs at the work site (4).”

I’m tired of reading and hearing Congressional officials, lawyers, the typical uninformed uncaring Veterans Affairs government workers…

The scene opens with John Meehan (played by Eric Bana) delivering freshly made smoothie looking drinks on different mornings to Debra Newell (played by Connie Britton). John is prepping Debra Newell’s morning shower ensuring the perfect temperature.

There is playful banter about photos that Debra Newell shares of herself with John Meehan via cell phone. The next scene is of John Meehan and Debra Newell discussing attending her church service, which John Meehan is resistant to and then John Meehan insist on wearing his wedding ring, which Debra Newell doesn’t want him to wear because she is trying to…

Some Business Owners, Working Professionals, Entrepreneurs have entered the digital space due to COVID-19 out of necessity. Not all are very comfortable navigating all of the digital spaces that they have now stepped into.

I have been on Linkedin off and on since 2012. Linkedin offered certain qualified military Veterans and military spouses a 1 year “Premium Career Subscription”. I am a U.S. ARMY military veteran. I’ve got to give some serious credit to Linkedin for choosing to run this type of generous promotion in support of the very awesome USA military community!

I decided to decorate my Linkedin profile…

I have been on YouTube off and on for years. Recently, I returned to YouTube when I began a new company in 2018 to utilize the free marketing potential with the platform.

I was stunned when I stumbled upon multiple YouTube channels that were ummmm….. shall we say NOT very professional or engaging….. This is where my tips come in.

You are a professional. You…

Multilevel Marketing Companies (MLMs) are frequently referred to and known by many other names to include but not necessarily limited to “Network Marketing” AKA “Pyramid Schemes”. For the purpose of this article and the accompanying podcast, I will simply say “MLMs” or an “MLM”.

What is an MLM?

While an MLM is generally understood to sell products via direct sales from a sales person to another person(s), much of the focus is on aggressive recruitment of new people into the MLM. Through the scheme, money is being generated for some.

There are many hype people as I will refer to them that excel…

I am impressed that divorce software exist. Quite frankly, I am excited by the prospect of a potentially expanding and competitive field of divorce software that has the potential to rival divorce lawyer(s) in some situations.

For years, people have complained about their family law lawyer(s) but up until recently, there wasn’t much of an alternative. Most people would have been forced to walk into a court building and struggle along to figure out how to fill out government forms that most people are likely to find confusing and complex.

Now, there are software systems that can potentially help…

During a 90 day fiancé episode, the topic of marriage and divorce statistics came to my mind. I was talking about how Darcy, a cast member on 90 day fiancé continues to talk about wanting to get married again after having been married once already. As Darcy has continued to have highly publicized and filmed for a global audience, romantic distance relationships on the 90 day fiancé show….. it has made me wonder why on earth would anyone want to remarry given the circumstances?

It has also made me think about all of the education/knowledge that I have received…

“Hell Hath No Fury: A True Story of Wealth and Passion, Love and Envy, and a Woman Driven to the Ultimate Revenge” written by Bryna Taubman, 1992

The book, “Hell Hath No Fury: A True Story of Wealth and Passion, Love and Envy, and a Woman Driven to the Ultimate Revenge” was written by Bryna Taubman, 1992.

I decided to read “Hell Hath No Fury” book and to review the book or more accurately share some of my thoughts because it was immediately clear that the book had been recently updated through formatting for a digital edition keeping an otherwise dated book relevant. These types of updates were not noticed in the other books. “Hell Hath No Fury” book was easier for me to read and follow…

Arriving June 2nd 2020, the second season of “Dirty John” and this time the topic of choice is, “The Betty Broderick Story”. The murders occurred 30 years ago in 1989. Prior to that, there was a multi-year divorce and a custody battle. Safe to say, this true crime story is being revived.

The USA Cable Network is airing Season 2 of the Dirty John saga. The exact number of episodes and the release frequency is still unknown. In the mean time, I’m reading up on this topic. See my other podcast and article, “The Books About Betty Broderick.”

When I first started looking for books on the topic of Betty Broderick; I realized the selection was seriously lacking. There appear to be a total of about 9 books that I was able to locate about Betty and Dan Broderick and the entire story about their marriage and it’s subsequent tragic ending. Most of the books about Betty Broderick appear to have been written and published from the late 1970s through the early 1990s. Subsequently, it appears that interest in this story may have dropped off. As I see it, below are some of the book highlights.
